I was extremely disappointed with AiPD. They definitely do not live up to their marketing propaganda. The admittance counselors were friendly, but from there it went downhill fast. Instructors offer poor quality curriculum and are apathetic and unavailable for appointments outside of class. Department heads and advisors are rarely in their offices and are extremely difficult to schedule an appointment with. This school is definitely just after your money and doesn't care about your education, internships, or career assistance. Basically you are on your own. They are very adverse to parental involvement and/or questions about the students education, costs, needs, etc. They forget that the parents are their major investor and customer and that most students couldn't afford to attend without their parents taking out huge loans. Neither the student nor their parent receives an acceptable return on their investment. Many of the students in my classes do not apply themselves and don't contribute to group projects which affects my grades too. I highly recommend researching public universities to earn your degree. You'll receive a better education for a fraction of the cost.
