Honestly Marquette University is a waste of time and money. I went here for a specific program expecting to learn and be challenged. It was a whole different story. One semester in particular was supposedly one of the hardest for the program I was in, but all you needed to do was mindlessly memorize practice tests and you would get an A. There was only one semi-challenging class, and even that wasn't too bad as long as you attended lecture. If you come from a challenging high school with rigorous academics, do not come to Marquette. You will be taking a step backwards, as the coursework rarely involves critical thinking. That said, the faculty are extremely helpful and approachable.
