I love Hood. Its great if you want to go to a small school, but if you really wanted to go to a bigger party school then you wont have a whole lot of fun. If you're into the whole party scene then you can usually find some friends to have a party with, especially in the apartments but if your not into that scene there are plenty of other people who just like to hang out. I feel like there is a large diversity of types of students, theres the people who don't really care and just kind of graze by and are mostly just there for the college experience and socializing and then there are a lot of students who are there to get a serious education and everything in between the two sides of the spectrum. And everyone seems to get along pretty well even people who don't have a whole lot in common can sit down together in the dinning hall and have a great time. Almost all of the professors that I've had are spectacular and are very helpful. Their education program is also pretty amazing and is well recognized in the field because by completing the program you will be nationally certified

It is a small school so it is not going to have unlimited resources like the big universities have, but for what Hood is, it does pretty well, they try to have activities every weekend so that students are not bored, and if they are not sponsoring any activities at the time they are good about letting students know about other things that may be happening round Frederick
