It was all lies, lies and lies at Iona College. The admissions fed me lies about the school, their selectivitity, scholarships and how great it was! None of it was true and I am just glad that I left the school to go to another college. The students don't study, have any school spirit and spend most of their time roaming the streets of New Rochelle in need of alcohol and fast food!! The professors do not care about their students and often abandon you halfway thru the course to concentrate on getting tenure. Parking is impossible, students are unfriendly and the adminstration are too wrapped up in themselves to care about the college going downhill. All in all, Iona is an embarrassment to higher education and is no better than most community colleges.
