I'm surprise to see the many negative comments about Campbell. I mean just because it's lcoated in a small town doesn't mean there's no social life. If you know the right people and places to go you will have a fun time. Buies Creek is located close to Cary, Gardner, and Raleigh which has all the fun spots like clubs, bars, resturants, outdoor activity, and etc. Campbell's location is a good thing for devoted students who want to do well in school. The school offers many student activities like academic clubs, intramural sports, club sports and the student advisory board will hold many events on the weekends. Maybe the ones complaining about the location just aren't social enough. And Campbell is pricey but you should have known that BEFORE you applied. Obviously you didn't take enough time to research about the school, location, and tuition. I spent 4 years here and I loved it. The faculty were soooo nice and were always there to help me when I came with questions. I got stuck with an advisor that wasn't very helpful but as long as you know what you wanna do then you should be good. If not you are always welcome to talk to professors about it. I've met some amazing people there. Everyone I've met were so friendly, I couldn't have asked for a better school to attend to.
