Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
I graduated from Bloomfield College with my BSN in nursing. This was a very challenging program but not necessarily in a positive way. I found that the nursing faculty, more so the Dean of Nursing was more concerned with "weeding" individuals out the program based on whether or not she felt they would pass the boards one completion of the program. The entire time I felt as if I was in a rat race. Like most of the other students I transferred into the program and in comparison fell short of other nursing schools. What made this program bearable was the handful of professors that went against the unethical philosophy to weed out those that they perceived as weak and actually taught as they were suppose to.
