I chose UNI because it just seemed like the practical choice. It's not too big and not too small.. plus it has the cheapest tuition in the state. But what I learn is that it is more than that..

I am a Communicative Disorders major here and all the classes are awesome! The class sizes keep growing in our major so some of the teachers don't remember my name but they are always more than happy to help you and get to know you any way they can. And.. we are one of the few schools in the country that get you into clinical stuff as an undergraduate!!

In regards to the social life… UNI is a big party school. Which in my view…is good. This is college. It's a time you will remember for the rest of your life! LIVE IT UP! We have a bunch of awesome bars. Some are on what we call "the hill" and those have the underage bars. Then when you get over that scene you can come over to main street where there's a ton more bars full of awesome people! There are also a lot of house parties. But for those to really work out for you, you have to get out there and make some friends!

The size of the school is nice because you can walk around campus without seeing more than 3 people you know but still not feel invisible.

People here are great! Greek life isn't huge which is something i like. And of course you have those slutty girls and tools for guys. But what school doesn't. Most of these people are absolutely awesome when you get to know them and everyone is really approachable. People are all very nice and polite. I am yet to try to meet anyone and receive a negative reaction. Everyone holds doors for each other.

Parking here sucks… Ok, it may be because I'm lazy, but I don't like walking 7 minutes to class in the freezing winter! The faculty has awesome parking tho… if only I could get an A pass…

It's awful. It's snowy and freezing and WINDY! horrible. horrible. horrible.

thinking about grad school, I am undecided about whether I am going to stay or not. When I really think about it, the only reason I would leave would be the weather. The people are so awesome and welcoming. I don't think I could find it the same elsewhere. BUT the weather does suck… choices choices…
