Notre Dame is a great school, especially in business. Gender relations aren't the greatest, because of Parietals, and the "city life" is nonexistent. As is any kind of social life outside just relaxing and hanging out, during the week. And, with parietals, that means everything on the weekends ends at 2. The city of South Bend in itself does nothing to contribute to the University, and is definitely not the greatest college town, in part because Notre Dame has very little to do with it. However, the quality of the education here is sure to help you in this rigorous job market.
