Computer Science (College of Engineering) was a decent degree, at least back when I went there in 1987-1990.

It's difficult to say which classes helped the most. You wind up using most things that you learn, in some fashion or other. Even when a class seems not directly related to your professional work.

I'd recommend taking at least a few graduate-level courses in your major area, as technical electives, to get a different perspective. Also, take classes that interest you the most, even if they look difficult, and don't worry so much about grades. Grades seem important when you're in school, but 5 years after you graduate, they don't really matter.
