Lewis and Clark is a great school. No we don't have frats but the parties are still great just more personal and off campus. It's more of a make your own fun type of thing. It's not any harder to make friends here than any where else. Yes people can he exclusive or snooty but that is the case everywhere. Just be nice and friendly and awesome and you'll be fine. Honestly, if you're not satisfied with the party scene here, get a house off campus and throw a kegger. It's easy to make social change here. The campus is beautiful, the community (in most dorms) is awesome, and the academics are challenging enough. Lewis and Clark is the definition of a liberal arts school. Very liberal and hippie and hipster. You don't have to be though. There's a decent size drug scene and Portland is awesome.
