I'll keep it short:

Pros:

fairly cheap when compared to other universities

close to Wisps (snowboarding)

nice scenery on the drive here (Baltimore-Frostburg)

many nice facility members

Cons:

bipolar weather

people are either: uneducated, ghetto, drunks, potheads, rude, smells bad, or any combination.

food's just horrible

it's ~40?F right now and heat's not on

some dorms don't have A/C during the warmer months

Lots of city trash from Baltimore and PG county

Extremely slow internet while they advertise "high speed" internet. (speedtest shows 0.84 Mb/sec)

People are disgusting and have a high probability of carrying an STD, most likely gonorrhea.

As I type this, I believe that they are monitoring your traffic. Watching what sites you visit, passwords, etc. They lied to me saying that I was using bitorrent.

My advice, don't come here. If you do, get a 4.0 and transfer out.
