The University of Louisville is what you make it. I know plenty of people (mainly communters and people who leave for the weekends) who hate this place. I love it. Getting involved with different organizations is the best way to meet plenty of awesome people. I came in with low expectations but the quality and friendliness of students suprised me, you just have to be willing to meet new people. The quality of teachers was the next thing that suprised me. Sure you have some foreign teachers you can't understand but with a little research you can have all exceptional teachers. The sports teams are awesome and everyone has a blast going to football, basketball and soccer games. If you live on campus and get involved you will grow to love U of L, if not you probably won't like it.
