I cam to Liberty University as a transfer students because they were the only place which would accept all my transfer credits. All in all it was not a terrible decision. The campus life is pretty dull, living on campus is a definite no-no, 10pm curfew some nights is just ludicrous, but the RA's do attempt to care about the individual students (as long as all the rules are followed and you let them check all the little boxes). The professors were mostly accessible and (with a few notable exceptions) taught students, not tests. I did run into a few people who were only interested in making classes regurgitate material for exams, but most really cared.I took both on campus and online courses (NEVER take online classes, NEVER). There were a few to many big classes and I know they have even more of them now.All-in-all I would not suggest going to LU. This is a place for students who have no other options. If you can go someplace better, do so. If you are stuck with LU, make the most of it, know a few good professors personally, and become their shadows, you get the msot from the program this way.P.S.Never live on campus or take online classes.
