Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
This is a great school with an undeserved party reputation. Let me make this clear, EVERY SCHOOL HAS PARTIES. Some just hide it more than others but that does not by ANY means make Keene State less of a good school than it is! The education program is wonderful. The teachers are really helpful and I feel like I'm really prepared to go out to the real world now. I studied abroad, which you should take advantage of. Sure Keene's not Harvard but it doesn't try to be. You just gotta learn to balance fun and your work. Remember IT IS A COLLEGE there WILL BE WORK! It might be easier to get done for some people than other but if you struggled in high school you might struggle here, if you don't take advantage of tutoring. If you did fine in high school you'll have no problem here. There are all sorts of people here and you'll be sure to find a group just for you.GET INVOLVED!Do community service, or a sport or be involved with the arts. There's a club for everyone here if there isn't then make one!join a parliament if you don't wanna be stuck with a bunch of partiers … if you are then this is a good school for you too. It's a really good state school. Not perfect but no college is!Plus it's not for everyone, if you want a huge university in the middle of a big city.NOT the school for you.If you want a medium sized school in a nice college town with small class sizes, it might be the one for you!:)
