Major: Physical Therapy/Exercise Science (This Major's Salary over time)
My entire time spent at this institution has been a nightmare. I could also go on and on about how bad Edmonton is, but I will try to focus on UofA itself. The unappealing campus is full of old and ugly buildings that are in desperate need of renovating. The grading policy is competitive, which means there is no such thing as GPA boosters. Every course becomes difficult and a very small percentage of students are allowed to get "A's". Regardless of your major, if you want to do well, be prepared to make the library your second home. Professors have a knack for turning anything simple or clear into a convoluted mess. There is absolutely no appreciation for the common student and you are literally just a number contributing funding to research and upgrades to the Engineering Buildings. If you want quality, stay as far away as possible from this school. I could go on and on about this horrible experience. I am literally counting the days I get to leave this nightmare. Do yourself a favor and do not consider this horrendous institution.
