Baker College came to my tech center and guaranteed that we would start out with hands on work the first semester and they try to get us to graduate as early as possible. well that was all a lie, i was going to get my associates degree in baking and pastry, and I would not be graduating until 2015. also, had to take classes before I could even get into labs. For my final in my first Baking I lab, the school had provided us with bad yeast, and did not inform us about what bad yeast looked like, therefore my bread did not rise, and I was failed for that class. They wanted me to just re take the class like it was no big deal with how much money it costs. The school does not seem like they care about their students.
