The administrative, enrollment and billing departments at HCC are hands-down the worst anywhere. Not only is the "staff" unavailable by phone, they are usually unavailable in person as well. Billing is a nightmare. They hid costs from me and would not inform me of an amount owed for over a year, and then added additional fees for late payment of a bill they would not tell me existed for fees that were hidden to begin with. There was no way to dispute the bill or to discuss it with anyone. Their staff is comprised of students are not at all helpful with enrollment, selecting classes or learning about their complex and secretive billing set-up or how to pay them. Enrolling is extremely complicated and time consuming. The low quality of the instruction, hidden fees, complicated enrollment, and extremely shady/secretive billing system have driven me away from HCC after several semesters of "giving them another chance". I will never return and I strongly recommend others to stay away. Lone Star College, UHD, or an online college are far better choices for handling basic coursework.

Hey..Till now i was planning to enroll in hcc.but now i have changed my mind.So can recommend some good community college from where i can transfer my credits to 4yr university coursework.I want to major in computer science…Need help urgently as deadlines are near…Do reply and is the condition same today(2016) also??
