The Organizational Leadership program is a JOKE! Anybody can get into the program, a GRE test score is not required, nor do they really care about one's undergrad GPA, references can be forged as no one checks and so can one's resume. Since Woodbury University is a private school all they care about is $$$$. Go there if you just need a piece of paper however DO NOT EXPECT TO GET QUALITY EDUCATION.

This program is simply for individuals that do not care about the quality of education(as it is poor), they just need a Masters to advance in their career. The program structure is set up so that individuals enroll in one course for five weeks, and attendance is once a week for four hours. After completing the course they then are allowed to enroll in another course.

The instructors are far from qualified to teach at an elementary level yet alone graduate level (I kid you not). One really wonders what criteria are considered when hiring faculty members. I would say one third of the faculty members are MOL graduates, being that the program is a joke it is safe to assume that the instructors are a joke as well. I say this because many of the instructors within the MOL program are extremely biased, unethical, lazy, and they are not knowledgeable about the subject they are teaching. I found it disturbing that a majority of the instructors (not all) do not practice what they teach. For example if an instructor preaches about autonomy and how strongly they believe in autonomy?one would think they would allow their students to be creative and have freedom to explore different avenues within the course how ever the structure of the instructors course contradicts autonomy and everything he/she is trying to teach us. There are instructors that will give you grades based on how they feel about you (unfair grading)…and we've had instructors that absolutely do nothing in the course, they place you into groups and ask you to review the readings with one another (basically people pay A LOT OF MONEY to just socialize). This program does not challenge individuals unless that individual happens to be extremelyyyy STUPID! Many of my peers within this program feel the same way, however they avoid letting people know that the program is a joke because then people will know their ?Masters degree? is a joke.

What's being done about the poor quality??? Absolutely nothing. Because when one complains it's the instructors word against yours…and school ALWAYS protects their faculty members. Therefore, if one is seeking a graduate degree where there is substance I would not recommend MOL program. I can not speak of other programs within the school just the Organizational Leadership program. If you really want to enroll in a Masters program where you leave the program knowing more then when you enrolled, this is not the program for you. AGAIN, THIS PROGRAM IS A JOKE AND I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT IS ACCREDITED!
