Major: Philosophy (This Major's Salary over time)
I hated Iona. The philosophy dept. is filled with arrogant asses who appear to have been hired more so because of their academic affiliation than due to merit. No one in the department works with the students closely and when I transferred out I discovered why - no one was familiar with the current research in their field. In fact, few publish. The faculty, once tenured, doesn't seem to give a damn.
