I've had nothing but problems at this college. It is nearly impossible to contact anyone to help you with problems you may have. Instead of trying to figure out your problem, you are given short answers and it feels like you were not even listened to. You will be told to always contact someone else to answer your question. Some e-mails will take days for certain departments to get back to you. Again, instead of really trying to understand a student's problem, the faculty are extremely rude. Why act so unfriendly when a student has never been rude and is simply trying to understand? If you state problems that you are having, certain faculty (not all) will not apologize and will ignore the overall picture. I have never seen faculty so unfriendly when I am trying to explain something to them. If it is such a small school, why is it so difficult to be helped? Any information that should be sent to you, won't. They told students that we would be contacted to set up our first appointment to schedule for classes, but I never was. YOU have to contact them and make sure you are on top of everything, especially regarding your schedule. You will not get an apology for behavior or for their mistakes. It's all blamed on something you didn't do, like the students are supposed to know exactly how to deal with problems the college created. It took nearly a month to deal with just one problem. I am a person that always tries to stay on top of things and takes my education seriously. You would think a college would treat a student like that a bit better. I really wanted to like this school, but have had countless problems and not a good experience so far.
