UConn is a good place to get your undergrad basis, but I am transferring in the fall to URichmond. UConn provides the necessary skills and courses for you to succeed at bigger schools. I am transferring, not because I don't like the school, but I feel as though there is nothing here for me anymore. Maybe your experience will be different from mine, but I would recommend this school for the first two years and then transfer somewhere like Morehouse, URichmond, University of Rochester or Lincoln University.
