Sadly, I regret ever attending Ball State! After two years of hell, I'm finally transferring to a more competitive school in Chicago. I really did not like how the school seemed to have a certain group of people there: close-minded Midwesterners. I really tried to have a positive outlook on the school when I attended, but I kept feeling unsure about it as a secure choice for my future. The core classes are easy to breeze by in and they feel like busy work. There are many students there that I wonder how in the world they were accepted into a university (oh, for the money). Most of the dorms are in need of repair or should just be demolished. The education quality there made me feel uneasy and like I would not be prepared for once I graduated. I really wish I would have looked around more before choosing this school. Do your research and check out MANY schools before choosing a college. In summary, this school was too easy and I didn't feel like the degree I would receive would be enough. Transferring out of there is the best decision I could have made!
