Delaware State is okay. It's what you make it. Everything isn't going to be handed to you. Of course there is more HBCU's with more opportunities but make the best of what you have. In my opinion though Del state is not the great of a school to have high tuition like it has. If you're going to be charging me this much for tuition make sure you have a lot for me to do. But overall it's a good school to me just a few tweaks.
