Here is a question to think about if you want to come to any school, "are you a huge partier"? If so then come to this school. If you don't like to party, then say NO to this school immediately. I knew that this school had a reputation of being at the time the #1 party school in the country but I thought I would find people who didn't do that kind of stuff, but man I was wrong. The school's location is absolutely amazing. The buildings are beautiful and the dorm rooms aren't too bad. There is a big reason why people want to come here, its because its a crazy place. The people here are friendly but if you don't smoke weed or drink, then you are 100% an outsider. I am not going to lie, I have had some great moments at this school. The football games were fun as hell even though we sucked,The rec center is a ton of fun and the c4c which is the main cafeteria on campus is nice, and the basketball games were a lot of fun as well. If you don't party, then you might have a hard time finding people who are similar to you who don't drink/smoke. Sadly I left CU after 1 semester. CU is a fun place to be and is near amazing ski resorts and is an overall a great school. The social life was difficult because no one I knew didn't drink/smoke. I know weed/alcohol is everywhere but if you don't do that kind of stuff then good luck my friend trying to find people like you. But hey, if you are a partier then you are going to have a blast here. I wish you guys nothing but the best who read this comment. I hope I gave some good advice.
