Going to Owens great way to save money, but some of the teacher just too pushes blaming it on the school system. The school are mostly worrying about the stardard rather than student education the dropout rate is really high. The tutor center suck there not allow to help student much anymore really use less. Waste of Tax dollars Owens is a free ticket for Financial Aid for rent or a new car. The education is a joke. Alot of there policies do not much anysense as long they get money it fine. Same as the housing bubble.
