Very segregated campus in terms of race. Many students are from here so if you are an outsider you may have a tough time even those from other parts of KY. Very commuter and not the same type of college feel as other schools but things such as basketball games are to live for along with thunder and the other derby festivities. Would probably choose to go out of state if I had a chance. You have to be from here to like this place and it takes a lot to feel welcomed unless you are an athlete.
