I have been here for a year and a half. Full disclosure: I also work here as a work/study student, so I do get a great deal of "inside" information that has helped me navigate this school. Overall, my personal experience at this school has been an overwhelmingly positive one. I am in regular contact with students, faculty, and administrators, and I have to say that I seldom get someone that is as asshole. I have had about a dozen different instructors, and I would say there was only 1 that was pretty disappointing. But, before I sign up for any class, I check out the instructor on ratemyprofessor.com. I also review every instructor after each semester. I HIGHLY recommend that every student does this at any school. I know that there are some undesirable teachers here, as there are at any school, but that website has helped me dodge them effectively. I have never had an issue when it comes to getting help when I need it here. There are tutors for pretty much every subject, and all of my instructors have cleared up any confusion effectively. I moved here from Indiana, and I don't know if it's just Colorado in general or people at this school, but this is a very friendly and welcoming place to be.
