The real issue is at Dickinson the Administration. The sexual assault policy is a good example. Last March, there were student protests and a sit in about the SEXUAL ASSAULT POLICY. It seems the school allows sexual offenders to come back to campus. (Google ?Dickinson sexual assault?) The sit in was ended when the President and the Provost made a statement on March 4, 2011 that ?GOING FORWARD, EXPULSION IS THE ONLY AVAILABLE SANCTION FOR RAPE.? Nine month later (December of 2011) the school published a new sexual assault policy that ELIMINATED ITS DEFINITION OF RAPE and NEVER REQUIRES EXPULSION FOR ANY SEXUAL OFFENSE! If the President and the Provost don?t keep their word, how can you trust them?
