I was left feeling very disappointed with the University and its administration. They do everything possible to sell their programs but once you are in, you're just a number. There is very little assistance (in general) for Graduate students because the attitude of the administration and faculty is "this is graduate school." That is what makes the school "Northeastern" as opposed to "Harvard" or "MIT." Those other schools go out of their way to make sure their students succeed as students and beyond. Beware of what Northeastern is trying to sell you!
