My experiences here at Cerro Coso for 2 years has been great. The staff and faculty was friendly but the campus site was isolated, which is expected when you are living in a small city like Bishop, California. Anyway, the downside is that the community college does not offer any good programs except for the general education requirements at the campus location. It is hard to be selective in what program you want to get into and would be forced to choose under a few selections. If you are looking to transfer at another university or a 4 year by completing your general education, this would be an excellent choice. Other than that, I would say try to avoid this school if you have other choices.
