I wanted to give my rating of aia after responding to another review. i started this school after going to another culinary school. aia has nice kitchens and i learn the way i want to learn. i get to work in the kitchens and learn how to make all types of food and in the same environment that i experience at my current job. i'm a sous chef and i don't get to make excuses for failure in my job or in my school work. the first year was hardest bc i didn't have my balance. now i know how to do it. also, for the review that says people are arrogant and snoody, that is not true. people go to aia to learn how to work and how to do it right…not to be mean…but people aren't there to make friends. i have a lot of friends at the school but it's not my schools responsibility to make those friends for me. i hate hearing bad reviews about aia bc it has been my home for 2 years and i love the differences in everyone throughout. people who complain about the money shouldn't try to go to a PRIVATE SCHOOL. it's not like you can't go to another school. quit complaining. if you didn't want to go to aia and still don't, then transfer! or don't start in the first place!if you really love the majors they offer then consider it. i'm doing me and i love it!
