Messiah College

Messiah is a terrible school. I transferred here recently and I so glad that I only had to spend a year and a half (I'm graduating early) here. Although there are some good things about this school the cons far outweigh the pros.
Pros:
The professors know what they are doing and there are not any teaching assistants here.
The academics are sound and rigerous.
Cons:
The food here is awful.
On weekends everyone goes home becuase there is nothing to do. Social life here is simply terrible there is never anything to do unless you want to sit around and talk to yourself.
They do have movies on campus but it is the same one for friday, saturday, and sunday.
Most people transfer out because the tuition keeps going up.

The people here are brainwashed and narrowminded. I feel like I can't have a rational conversation with most people here without them getting mad.

People here are all miserable some just went here becuase they got scholarships etc..

The required chapels are terrible. I give full disclosure that I am a recent agnostic atheist but even when I beleived in God and chrisitianity others aswell as myself hated the chapels. Most people just do homework during them anyway.

Before you decide to attend you should know that there are a lot of very eccentric people at this school. I think some of this is do the fact that there is a large group of kids who were homeschooled so they are sheltered and narrowminded. Finally, the supposed chrisitans here are just so hypocritical they act judgemental but then break almost everything on the community convenant constantly. I and other reviewers have warned you do not come here this school is awful I will not miss it when I graduate soon.
