I came from a very different environment into this college that seems to be very religious and as personal experience would tell me, judgmental. However I soon came to find out this was not the case, everyone was very open to everything I had to bring to the school. Sure there are those over enthusiastic people all around BUT I would rather have that than those people who live in their own world. You can literally walk into the cafeteria or any building and sit with anyone, as long as you don't make an awkward approach everyone will be very welcoming and open to ANYTHING you have to say. Of course, if you act like a self righteous prick people will be less likely to approach you.

The faculty and staff are incredibly helpful and caring. I have not had a place to go for Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas for the past 4 years and my teachers and faculty have continued to bring me to their home and completely welcome me in. This has turned into my home and those in it have become my family.

Education is top of the line and you will get as much as you are willing to put in.
