When I originally saw the school I fell in love immediately. The school is Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The buildings look old but most of them are brand new inside.

I'm not going to lie the first few weeks here are fun. Everyone gets dressed up and goes downtown to the clubs,however eventually it gets old. There are never any house parties and when one does come up expect to take a 20\( taxi ride to get there, 20\)each way let me mind you. The clubs you will eventually realize attract the same trashy people. They are dirty and sketchy as hell.

The people here are very cliquish. Most people will not even give you the time of the day. They are not friendly and think they're better than everyone else. I've had experiences where people won't even look at me when I'm talking to them.

This school is good if you're going for forensic science or anything in the Henry C. Lee Institute. However, any other major I wouldn't recommend spending such a ridiculous amount of money when you can get the same education at a cheaper school that you will have more fun at.

The food in Bartels may seem good when you first visit however once you get to school you will realize they completely change the menu. They serve the same things every week. I have gotten sick a few times from the food there.

The school tries to put on activities for the students however they are all lame. Like movie nights and talent shows. No one ever shows up to those. So there really isn't much to do. The drinking policy here is extremely strict. The RA's are on your ass too. I have had some stand at the door and listen for beer pong and any signs of drinking.

Overall, if your main focus is your work this is a wonderful school for you but if you want a full, well rounded experience I would suggest looking elsewhere.
