Major: Art & Design Department (This Major's Salary over time)
If you want to major in animation don't come to this school, first, this school don't even have enough animation class for everyone, one animation class can only fit 10 or 7 people. There is many student major in animation in this school, not many of them get into animation courses because they dont have enough sit for everyone. Some people have to stay in school for another extra semester just because they didn't finish require class for animation major. And also animation majors is require to take photography class, and that class require you to have your own camera, not the cheap one, but the expensive one. Photography class dont even allow you to borrow camera from school. Also is a isolated campus, you have museums around the campus and library that's pretty much it. No convenient store around campus, no fast food restaurant around campus. CCAD have their own convenient store, but they sell items very expensive. If you already apply to CCAD and they send you a DVD about their campus, dont believe it! The DVD they send you make you feel like oh there is lot things surround in this school, but no. There is museums and library and that's it. You wont see a lot of people walking around the place. Also all the teacher have their favorite students, but just remember as long as they give you fair grades don't even care about it. Like everyone say you will have lots homework in this school, they will make you take classes that's not related to your major. Over all, dont come to this school if you want to major in animation, pick a better school. One last thing, dont expect this school to help you improve your drawing and painting skill, you practice on your own, however the teacher can tell you your mistakes, and you learn from your mistakes.
