Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
The stereotype of CMU is true for the most part. A nerdy school with a large focus on academics. Sports and social life aren't as important. However, I think most people are able to find the social life they want. There are still frats and parties and there are a lot of different people here from the best Computer Science majors to the best Drama students. So if having a big social life is your thing, then you should be perfectly able to find it. Just keep in mind that people here won't care if you're prom king/queen as much as your former high school would.
