The State University of New York College - Brockport

The College at Brockport, is a school for drinkers, but for people like me who don't drink, b/c everyone else is so drunk, you can still have fun and dance w/ friends, drunkards & people who aren't drunk. Also, the parties are fun off campus. Brockport brings great musical artists and other performers such as comedians, poets , etc. But once it gets cold, everything calms down. There are boring days, but that's only if you choose to complain. On calm days, I enjoy being in my room and interacting w/ classmates in the dorm.

If you are a minority, their is not many of us. But it is possible to love the school. Green and Gold run through my veins. Eagle Pride ! I suggest joining cultural clubs and learning about events.

Announcement for NYC kids: Brockport is not NYC, we don't live that life, it's country. Your warned ! Also, Rochester people and surrounding towns are not the ones w/ the accents. You guys are. But like 75% of the population is from NYC. You will have people to relate to.

The campus is nice, well kept, not extremely beautiful, but pleasant. The teachers are super friendly. But some of the older people who work in the health center are mean, and so are the old lunch ladies, Like its your fault they have the lives they do.

Brockport is not Blue Moutain State. Don't expect an over the top experience. But you will enjoy, if you try. Also, Brockport town sucks and racist. But fortunately you won't feel racism on campus everyday.
