Pros ? If you are a student who couldn't get into college because you shouldn't have graduated from high school but did then this is the type of college for you.

Cons ? Exploits students, mostly younger, that shouldn't be in college. These students cheat because they got away with it in high school and Fisher College faculty allow it. All they care about is passing the students so they can get money. This a terrible for profit school and the word is out with businesses. Most of the students are there because they want the degree and don't care if they learn anything. So they or their parents are burdened with this cost. I was laughed at by my department head and some other so-called professors there when I tried to explain that my students didn't have the skills to pass my class because they were passed from the other classes without understanding the material. From speaking with other instructors this is true no matter what the subject is. The students are disrespectful by acting ghetto and the faculty exploits them by taking their money and sticking some of them with loans that they won't be able to pay back for a long time, if ever.

Advice to Senior Management ? Stop pushing the instructors to just pass students and worry about education not retention. Getting the money from these students won't last forever once the word is out long enough that this is a terrible college.
