Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
Where should I even start? The campus is not just shabby—it's disgusting. I've had to get up during lecture to kill roaches, there was a wounded pigeon trapped in the windowpane during one lecture that was dying and the school refused to put the thing out of it's misery. The bathrooms are beyond foul and I see roaches in there often. And the science classrooms and labs look like they haven't been updated since the cold war—don't be suprized if you find broken glassware in your lab drawers from other students, they don't care if you get hurt. The school of nursing is just awful, through and through. The staff are completely dishonest and will tell you that you have a chance of getting in even though the waitlist can be years. If you don't have a 3.6 or above, don't bother. And if you do get in good luck getting into the classes you need—I was shut out of prerequisites every single semester despite having advanced standing.Horrible—so many stories about poor treatment, terrible administration, etc… Be careful, and go elsewhere if you can afford it.
