Major: English (This Major's Salary over time)
What I have to say may be challenged by others, but there is a dark spirit hovering over this university. God is mocked here, and too many of the professors actively encourage that type of thinking and attitude as a way of being relevant in the modern world. If you happen to be a Catholic student that holds their faith dear, I would encourage you to attend a secular school over this one, which really is Catholic in name only now. Something else that someone should mention (so I will): There have been several suicides at this school in the past four years. Two happened within one month of each other. I'm not kidding when I say a dark spirit hovers over this school. Yes, there are disturbed students here, some of whom drink and party way too much. Others suffer from anxiety and depression. But I think it's more than that, and some of it lies in the spiritual realm.
