Wooster has been an enormous disappointment for me. Academically, Wooster is very satisfying but environmentally and socially, Woooster is a perpetual nightmare. The surrounding city is in terrible economic shape and there is often palpable animosity between townsmen and students-however, this happens at many rural universities. The clique mentality here is exclusive and impermeable. If you are not part of a group, especially one associated with a certain group in the college, you will be miserable and alone. The international students are very friendly people, but a lot of domestic students are arrogant snobs who like to impress their superiority onto othersWooster may be good for some people, but for others it is not, which is my case. I often regret coming here, but I will not be returning next year.
