Major: Language - French/Spanish/etc. (This Major's Salary over time)
For foreign languages, almost any school is better than this school. Many of the professors for the program are good but the school is downsizing the department and putting no effort or resources to the students in these majors.

Live off campus if you can. The residence halls are appalling, especially for their prices, although they are set up to seem nice at a glance. And the residents and housing department has the most attrocious set up, rules, policies, and supervision of any department ever created.
