The only negative about the U of U for me is that there are a lot of smokers on campus smoking all over the place. Faculty and staff not only do NOT enforce the statewide rule of not smoking at least 25 feet from doors, but also participate in smoking within 25 feet from doors. I do not like going to school & having to get a cigarettes worth of smoke and chemicals every time I walk to & from my classes. Our university should be enforcing the laws and proving a safe & healthy environment for all students especially because we have horrible air quality already in Salt Lake City.
