Do not enroll in the HIM program at Laboure, it is too expensive, and you will not find a good salary job to repay your loans.Terrible career, you can spent 2 or 4 years and hundred of hours on obtaining a degree, and with just one word a manager can ruin your career.The Managers talk among each other, and word travel in this industry. If don't like a job and leave, the manager can make sure you never find another job in the area, by spreading false information about you. Do you really want a Manager to have that much power over your career. Go into Information Technology field instead.
