Guilford College prepares you well for a job in the restaurant industry. Even in Senior year, the school does very little to help soon-to-graduate seniors get started on their career. I graduated with no idea about the opportunities in my field, and the "career center" was less than helpful, they told me I could be a diplomat. When I sent them my resume I never heard anything back.I've met students across majors, many who were top of the class. Virtually everyone I know is underemployed, i.e. working in the restaurant industry. I don't know if I'm going to find job in my field, but coming from Guilford you wouldn't know they're out there
