While this does not pertain to some of the staff, the Art Department needs a complete overhaul. The teachers do not grade on student abilities, but by either how much money the student has, or on how popular the student is. You could put out average to good work, but if you are not liked, you will not pass with higher than a "C." Also, they change the grades of students works after the Progress surveys are taken to bolster their jobs.
