This school isn't for everyone. It is small and has little to no diversity. With that being said I had an awesome experience. Entire community is friendly and always willing to help. The school is challenging. Expect to constanly feel overwhelmed with the workload especially freshmen year. As you get older you figure out how the school works and things get much easier. Teachers are told they can only give out a certain number of high grades and expect to receive a lot of B- or C grades. The school's workload does teach students the value of time management skills. Teachers may seem like they feel their class is most important. If you take the time to go meet with them you will find they are great people and will help with anything.

The food at school is great. Ton of choices for every meal and the cafe is nationally recognized. If you get sick of school food there are a ton of options within a 10 minute drive. Manchester had some great places downtown.

The athletic program at this school is subpar. I've heard the new AD is making changes and trying to get support from the higher ups to support the athletic program in a greater fashion. Just about all the teams are bad. Football is the WORST. They win about two games every year and bring in about 45 freshmen every year. By the end of first semester half the footbal players leave because they can't handle the schoolwork or don't play. They need to just drop the program. Once is a while the baseball and basketball teams are decent. The best teams on campus are both the men and women hockey programs. They have the best facility on campus and are always winning their league championships. Boys Hockey games are so fun and they always get big crowds. They certainly are entitled on campus and they think they can do whatever they want. They do throw the best parties though.

The social ife is what you make of it. The campus is by no means dry. When the weather is nice kids are allowed to drink outside and at night they have essentially huge outdoor parties. During the winters be prepared to see a lot of the same faces in uppers every weekend. The athletes through big parties usually and their places are packed. Always had fun at the hockey place and baseball uppers. Spring time at Saint A's is the best.

The school has a great reputation in the New England area. Saint A's alums always help each other in the job market. If you can deal with the lack of diversity and seeing the same faces often it really is a good place to spend your college experience.
