Keep a journal and voice record everything, even if it seems harmless. Take pictures of anything that goes against student code of life. Because unless you kiss ass and do everything your department head/advisor says, they will invoke a rule that bypasses your right to defend yourself against charges and ignore any rights you are afforded as a victim. VP of student affairs will not be on your side, she will do anything to protect the interest of the school.
