This school has the wost customer service EVER! All the employees seem to not want to help or care about the students. I have been into the FINANCIAL AID office and the staff was rude and of no help! I have called as well to experience the same rude employees. The head of the department was untimely and did not care to help students with her blunt responses. Emails not read for a month, calls not returned, and office employees that refuse to help. You may only email your "financial aid advisor", although I had emailed mine and didn't hear back for a month…They do not care at all about the students! Also tried calling the registrar office to help calculate my payment for school, and of course no one answers and they ask you leave a message so they can "get back to you"…it's been 2 weeks and now class payments are due and no one was able to help me. The school charges students for everything, and the teachers are horrible. Don't have TA's teach a lab when they don't know what they are talking about. The whole school is an unorganized unprofessional mess.
