First of all, a girl was raped ON campus a few years back. My friend was mugged ON campus, knife point, in front of GW hall which is maybe 200 ft from the police station. There are frequently beggars on campus asking for money.

Don't even get me started about going out to the city by foot.

Financial aid is a mess. They lose EVERYTHING. Office of Residence Life is JOKE. Disorganized, can't train staff right, change how they do things every year, don't take sexual harassment seriously, reverse discriminate hiring practices, ZERO accountability etc. The director should not have a job and the "professional staff" is an oxymoron.
